Wichita eSchool Facilitator Form

The facilitator at a student’s attending high school will receive semester finals through e-mail and will monitor face-to-face finals to verify that the enrolled student is the person who takes the final. Then the final will need to be returned to the Wichita eSchool program for grading so final course grades may be recorded on a transcript. The grades are then sent to the attending school so the student may receive credit.
