bulletWichita eSchool offers core courses in math, science, language arts, and social studies.  We also offer art, music, computer applications, keyboarding, study skills and P.E.
bulletDaily lessons, scanned worksheets, extension activities, and related web sites are provided for all curriculum areas.
bulletAll lessons meet both district and Kansas state standards.
bulletThe middle school courses are set up for both the child and the parent to access lessons. We want to prepare your child to take high school courses online with an online teacher so we will transition them during middle school.
bulletYour child will have a login to the site so he/she can start to navigate on the site and get his/her own lessons.
bulletThe parents will have a separate login so they can access the answer keys to lessons. (These keys are not available through student logins.)
bulletWichita eSchool teachers are available to help you every step of the way.
bulletOnce each quarter in each course, students will turn in an assignment or project to the online teacher. The online teacher will grade the project and send results back to parents and students. This will prepare students for high school, when all work is graded by the online teacher.
bulletYour child does not spend his/her day on the computer. Instead, your child will read information from textbooks,  work on printed worksheets, take printed & online assessments, and spend some time researching topics on the Internet.
bulletWe have designed lessons in all curriculum areas to include most of the same activities that occur in our brick-and-mortar schools.
bulletParents will grade daily work and track progress and attendance on a daily basis.
bulletWe are always available if you need assistance.
